JOB SUMMARY:
- Work with the Enterprise Business Resiliency Director in the review of critical 3rd Party Readiness Assessments and the creation of 3rd Party Joint Response and Restoration Playbooks
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assess adequacy of 3rd Party readiness, based on the review of survey answers and score against program requirements
- Provide guidance and feedback to business unit leaders and Business Continuity Plan Owners regarding recommended action items
- Leverage a cybersecurity incident scenario to assist in the documentation of strategies or contingency procedures for third parties that have been designated as critical to the enterprise
- Document relevant information such as responsible parties, dependencies, impact, strategies, timing, and tasks
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts when conducting reviews to ensure information is in accordance with other programs across the organization including Enterprise Risk Management, Third Party Risk Management, Crisis Management, IT Disaster Recovery, and Information Security Program
- Create, review, and/or update data flow diagrams.
- Obtain alignment amongst stakeholders about content of the Response and Restoration Playbook
- Arrange walkthrough, exercise, or testing of the Playbook based on agreed-upon objectives
REQUIREMENTS:
- Adequate engagement with vendor relationship team members for the implementation of deliverables and schedules
- Partner with IT technical staff, business unit team members, and third parties to ensure the deliverables accomplishes business requirements
- Accountable for managing and monitoring project performance including Issues Management, Risk, Dependencies and Change Request
- Identifies, communicates, and manages project changes
- Reports status of project to key stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and articulately
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
- Understanding of the concepts, theories, and processes of the Project Management Methodology.
- Broad knowledge of IT functions including Cybersecurity and Disaster Recovery
- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of labor, cost management and project tracking and management tools such as MS Project
- Ability to lead and facilitate project team status meetings to obtain schedule, issues, risk, and dependency updates
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload
- Strong Communications (written and verbal)
- Strong PC skills specifically utilizing the MS Office Suite products (e.g., MS Word, MS Excels, etc.).
- Expert in MS Project 2010
