Product Manager
What You’ll Do
As a Product Manager at b.well you’ll be responsible for driving product initiatives from inception to execution. You’ll interact with all stakeholders including our users, customers, sales, designers, engineers, and more to propose, ship, and refine our products using data driven product methodologies. Finally, you’ll strive in handling user design, logistical, and technical complexity as well as take responsibility for the success and failures of our products in the market.
- Establish and build a shared product vision and strategy with all business stakeholders
- Spend time with our customers and end users to better understand their needs and pain points
- Understand and monitor KPIs to support data-driven decisions behind product and feature development
- Provide thorough and actionable specifications, workflows, user stories, and requirements, thinking through edge cases and cross-team dependencies to help the engineering team deliver high-quality features
- Test and monitor new product improvements and features to ensure they meet requirements and improve the product
- Quantitatively and qualitatively research to gather data to support and prioritize effective, innovative product enhancements
- Remove roadblocks across company departments to make sure that product updates are delivered on-time and on-budget
- Launch new projects from ideation to completion
- You will safeguard sensitive data by following policies and training concerning your security and privacy responsibilities
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a product management role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to drive cross-department alignment to the overall strategy
- Experience in both qualitative and quantitative analysis, wireframing, and prototyping
- Detail-oriented, organized, self-sufficient and able to find creative solutions
- Obsession with understanding how product features are impacting customers/users and how the team’s hypotheses are playing out “in the wild”
- Deep understanding of product edge-cases and delivering well thought out and constructed product strategies and roadmaps
- Strong ability to create user stories and workflows and creating thorough requirements
- Exceptional decision-making and resource prioritization skills
- Significant experience working with and handing off assets to engineering and design teams
