Full-Time Product Compliance and Certification Engineer – Tech. Specialist

We are looking for a talented Product Compliance and Certification Engineer to join our team. This role has a hybrid schedule with two day per week on site and three days remote.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
* Maintaining relationships with codes, standards, and regulatory organizations
* Being responsible for environmental compliance related activities
* applying specialized knowledge of engineering and/or project management principles and practices across various areas and projects
* Interpreting, communicating, and ensuring all environmental regulations and standards are adhered to as they impact the company products, processes, components or facilities
* Lead regulatory influencing through interactions with Agencies, Trade Associations and Standards Development Bodies
* Assist with the transfer of knowledge, coach and mentor less experienced compliance personnel
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
* College, university, or equivalent to Bachelors’ Degree in Mechanical Engineering along with 5 to 7 years of relevant and applicable experience
* Experience providing SME support in the interpretation and implementation of requirements and participate in compliance reviews for high priority programs
* Experience leading regulatory influencing through interactions with Agencies, Trade Associations and Standards Development Bodies
* Experience maintaining compliance processes
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
