Job Description

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a talented Process Manager to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Componets Business Segment in North Charleston, SC.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Responsibility for entire Salvage Value Stream of the business for a shift and accountable for meeting/exceeding the key KPI’s related to Safety, Quality, Productivity and Efficiency
• Will manage 40-60 shop floor employees including machine operators, trainers and technicians per shift
• Responsible for working with HSE in performing investigations for accurate root cause analysis and putting effective corrective and preventive actions in place to develop and sustain an injury-free interdependent culture
• Responsible for managing the cross-training matrix set up working with the technicians, trainers and OE, developing and implementing training plans and ensuring we have a capable & flexible work force in their respective value streams.
• Responsible for implementing 5S programs, Kaizen events and A3’s working cross-functionally in coordination with the OE Manager and the Technicians
• Responsible for managing closure of CAR’s and supporting audits in respective plants. Sr. Process Managers will own the Strategic A3 for the shift and will work with the other process managers and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver the KPIs, improvements and cost reduction efficiencies for the shift

To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• 1+ years of demonstrated leadership experience
• Proven experience driving continuous improvements to meet key business goals
• Experience leading and supporting cross-functional projects
• Drive training improvements and work towards developing flexible teams
• Previous experience with leading assembly or machining teams is a plus

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
