Full-Time Process Engineer
Job Description
We are looking for a talented Process Engineer to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Engine Business Segment in Jamestown, NY.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
* Lead/support quality campaigns, lead containment activities, drive necessary actions to protect the customer and prevent reoccurrence of product and process nonconformance issues.
* Verify product and process meet quality standards, drives actions to continuously improve safety, quality and cost of operations as needed.
* Participate in change management activities by verifying products and processes, developing key measures, and analyzing data for decision support.
* Serve as a technical resource representing assembly to other functional areas
* Support special projects as needed
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
* 5+ years relevant experience required
* Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline (Quality and/or Manufacturing preferred)
* Previous manufacturing industry experience a must
* Project Management, problem solving skills and communication are key
* Prior hands-on experience with torque tools, assembly treatment and tools, etc.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
