Position Title: PMO PROJECT MANAGER

Position Overview: As a Project Manager with the PMO – Project Managers must be mission focused, dedicated, motivated, and passionate about making a difference
.
The objectives of Vibrant’s Project Management Office (PMO) include the following:
 • To guide the development and implementation of core projects that drive Vibrant’s strategic plan across the organization.
• Work closely with Vibrant’s programs and departments across the organization to manage and implement core projects.
• Collaborate with IT-specific project management staff and programs and departments across the organization. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
• Determine and define project scope and objectives
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Monitor progress and adjust as needed
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Reporting Relationship Reports to: Project Management Office Director
 Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field
• 1-5 years of project management and related experience
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Excellent analytical skills
 • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to translate complex concepts for a variety of stakeholders Preferred Qualifications:
• Non-Profit Experience
• Healthcare organization experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Physical and Sensory Requirements
 • Mostly sedentary work; using standard office equipment including: a computer, keyboard, and telephone
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, families, service providers and others
• Ability to remain calm and composed under stress
• Ability to respond to telephones and other auditory stimulation
• Ability to evaluate/interpret information and make independent judgment/decisions
