Global Financial Firm located in New York, NY has an immediate contract opportunity for an experienced Libor Initiative PMO Manager.
“This role is currently work-from-home and will move to the office environment after the COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.” must have reliable internet, computer and android or iphone for remote access
Role: Libor Initiative PMO Manager
Working as part of the Client LIBOR Transition Initiative, the role would entail coordinating and managing the delivery of the Libor program within the relevant businesses.
The role is global in nature and will entail developing relationships and working with senior stakeholders across all countries, business and functions.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide regular governance, reporting, planning and support services across the LIBOR Transition program
• Coordinate central program PMO processes across the LIBOR Transition program teams, ensuring adherence to Client Program and Project Management procedures and control frameworks
• Ensure PMO processes are being adhered to and continue to define and improve PMO processes
• Coach and support program and project managers across Libor initiative
• Complete quality assurance reviews on business programs and central team delivery
• Develop and monitor stakeholder matrix and communication plans
• Coordinate collation and production of materials for relevant program governance forums
• Produce delivery materials for key meetings and regulator requests
• Undertake ad hoc central program management requests as they arise
Skills & Experience
– Minimum of 10 years relevant experience
– Experience in PMO supporting and / or delivering large scale global transformation programs
– Financial markets product knowledge (desirable)
– Understanding of LIBOR and its implications within the industry (desirable)
