Job Description
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a talented Payroll Processing Leader. This role is based in Nashville, TN with 100% remote work available and periodic travel post pandemic.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Payroll Administration and translating company policies, tax and legislative requirements in the delivery of accurate and timely employee payments and reporting
• Providing support to the team with technical payroll knowledge (SAP) and ensuring the team is delivering excellent service and meeting SLA’s.
• Ensuring checklists and other controls are being adhered to and serve as the first level approver as assigned, along with approving off cycle check requests
• Utilizing strong leadership experience and providing oversight of processes performed by direct reports

REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• College, university, or equivalent Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required
• Minimum 2 years’ hands on experience with SAP/Globalview
• Proven track record of consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances
• Demonstrated analytical skills to identify issues and resolutions
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
