Full-Time Payroll Implementation Specialist

The Payroll Implementation Specialist works collaboratively with clients and Ease departments, including Success and Finance, to coordinate and deliver Ease-Payroll connected services to our clients.

Responsibilities Include:

    • Serves as a primary point of contact for Clients to effect a seamless transition to Ease Payroll connected services.
    • Directs and manages the implementation of Clients from the start of the relationship, including obtaining all required information for Client set-up.
    • Effectively communicates with new Clients and Ease team members in a timely and clear fashion.
    • Plans, schedules and meets implementation timelines and deliverables using appropriate tools (Salesforce & Gainsight); tracks deliverables to ensure successful transitions.
    • Sets realistic expectations for team members and customers.
    • Provides periodic progress reports to appropriate Ease team members and clients.
    • Establishes and maintains positive Client working relationships; successfully contributes to high client retention rates.
    • Accurate and timely processing of all assigned cases.
    • Performs analysis of completed payroll and troubleshoots data inconsistencies; identifies trends and potential issues and recommends solutions.
    • Provides support and training to new clients and employees regarding Ease software and appropriate payroll needs.
    • Represents the Ease and Onboarding team effectively; builds trust and credibility and promotes transparency with clients and team members.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Knowledge of and experience using Payroll software.  ADP, Paylocity and/or Heartland experience preferred
    • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
    • Minimum of 2+ years processing payrolls, implementing payroll setups, or project management experience.
    • Knowledge of basic accounting concepts.
    • Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
    • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal abilities; expertise in building and maintaining business relationships.
    • Superior organizational skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ease product knowledge is a plus.
Must have proof of legal authority to work in the U.S.
