Full-Time Parts & Service Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a talented Parts & Service Manager to join our Cummins Power Generation business segment in Elkhart, IN.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Being responsible for a team of 11employees including Customer Parts, Service Advisors and Shop Based Technicians.
Work is heavily focused on RV service excellence; plus maintaining and growing RV install business with local OEM’s.
Site has a revenue of $3.9M per annum driven by seasonal RV service work, RV installs and parts sales.
This branch is certified as a CoachCare facility and has capability to service generators, mid-range engines and Spartan chassis.
Gaining experience of PowerSystems BU, specialist knowledge of RV Generator products and exposure to a manufacturing upfit process.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Team Lead experience required
Technical trade school degree or equivalent education, or equivalent experience required
Superior Customer Service Skills
Experience monitoring statuses of open repairs with technicians and addressing issues that impact completion of the repair plan in the time quoted to customers
Professional Communication
Hands on technical skills

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
