We are looking for a talented Parts Manager to join our team specializing in supply chain planning for our Distribution Business in Summerville, SC.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Plan and maintain daily supply chain operations for critical suppliers or customers in materials, production, inventory, logistics, customer service, demand management, or order fulfillment. Ensures internal and external customers’ expectations and requirements are met.
• Achieving and continuously improving customer service levels, and/or manage inventory levels and targets, and managing supply and demand.
• Managing the daily operational processes for a critical segment of the supply chain.
• Leverage common processes tools, and information systems
• Approving system strategies and advise on changes to planning systems parameters as required.
• Analyze and interpret KPIs to identify areas for improvement and action plans.
• Liaise with functional stakeholders to mitigate mid-term supplier or customer constraints.
• Mentor and coach supply chain planners.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
To Be Successful in this Role you will need the following skills:
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate in a positive and professional manner.
• 2 + supply chain experience
• 1 + years’ experience within a supervisor, lead or manager role.
• Background within supply chains relating to; industrial, construction or other relevant area
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Actively participate on Safety Related Activities like Safety Committee Meetings, Facility Inspections, etc.
• Ability to manage branch purchasing by finding a vendor, ordering, receiving as well as distributing products to the Departments in need.

Education, Licenses, Certifications
• Bachelor’s degree in related field advantageous

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
