Position Summary:
This position is responsible for assisting the USAT Senior Counsel in drafting and proofreading legal documents. Examples include event agreements, contracts, waivers and discovery responses. You will support the organization’s business operations by organizing and tracking contract needs and requests from your colleagues.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
- Draft and proofread contracts and agreements
- Organize, track and be the primary contact for litigation matters led by outside counsel
- Review and manage discovery responses
- Manage, organize and maintain contracts and documents in electronic filing system
- Additional duties as assigned by the Senior Counsel
Requirements:
- Paralegal certification or law degree preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Business law firm experience preferred
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment

Hiring Pay Range: $20-$30/hour
Location: USA Triathlon Headquarters, Colorado Springs, CO; Remote option negotiable
