Full-Time Outbound Business Sales Representative
Job Description
Sparklight’s Business Sales team is growing and looking for new Outbound Business Sales Representatives (we call them Outbound Business Account Representatives)! When the team isn’t playing a competitive game of ping pong, you can find them making connections and selling Sparklight’s telecommunications to small and mid-sized businesses.

What would your day look like?
- Calling our current business customers to upgrade their current services.
- Calling potential customers to sell them Sparklight services.
- Entering new customer data in Sales Force.
- Answering customer’s questions regarding Sparklight services.
- Plus hitting up our onsite gym, challenging your neighbor to a game of foosball, or trying one of the food trucks that visits every Tuesday!
What you’ll need:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Associate’s degree (A.A.) preferred.
- We are looking for outgoing individuals! Be able to to direct conversations and close sales.
- Some customers require a little ‘push’ to commit – be persistent even after a hard refusal/rejection.
