JOB FAMILY DESCRIPTION
The Origination Sales Automation Specialist will assist Sales/Account Executives in uncovering prospect requirements, generating qualified sales leads and identifying product functionality gaps to develop, recommend, and identify the best possible product and/or service for client prospects.
GENERAL DUTIES & amp; RESPONSIBILITIES
* Plays an integral role in the sales process utilizing knowledge of products (Dynamics, Outreach and/or Consensus) and their capabilities to assist sales executives in identifying prospect clients through means of sales automation techniques.
* Provides product demos of automation software in order to meet client/prospect business requirements.
* Builds and drives sales campaigns through creation/delivery of customized presentations in order to showcase automation suite of software products.
* Provides tracking of ROI analysis, business use cases and RFP responses through internal tracking analysis.
* Drives commitment process on behalf of sales executives to obtain internal commitment to perform work defined in solution assurance documents.
* Maintains detailed notes in enterprise contact management system to assist in bringing sales opportunities to closure.
* Provides direction to sales support team for creation and packaging of proposals.
* Provides input to appropriate sections of Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Information.
* Sets up and delivers product presentations/demonstrations to clients/prospects either in person or via web-based tools.
* Creates and maintains product presentations.
* Participates in business requirements review with client/prospect.
* Participates in product release process.
* Provides feedback on client/prospect requirements to Black Knight product managers on regularly scheduled basis.
* Interacts with vendors and other organizations where appropriate to evaluate third-party vendor opportunities and solutions.
* Develops and presents proposals to Business Review for approval.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.
EDUCATIONAL GUIDELINES
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
* Possesses knowledge of Black Knight applications relevant to the business unit sales support need
* Prior experience building sales campaigns and providing lead generation
* Prior experience providing ROI analysis, tracking RFP responses and providing business use case analysis highly preferred
* Prior experience creating sales aligned presentations and assisting with the delivery of those presentations to the client
* Prior experience providing product demos to clients through utilization of automation software, such as Dynamics, Outreach, Consensus, etc.
* Possesses a good understanding of technologies required to support Black Knight products
* Requires excellent presentation, writing, organizational, and project management skills
* Works well in an independent as well as team environment
* Familiar with competitors and their products
* Demonstrated ability to interact with and provide appropriate communications to senior management
Sales Solutions Consultant I
Entry-level professional role. Decisions are made within established policies and standard practices; learns to use professional concepts. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues. Has introductory knowledge of company products and services and intermediate knowledge of at least one Black Knight application relevant to business supported. Normally receives detailed instructions on all work. Typically requires a minimum of three (3) years of business experience preferably related to specific product marketplace.
