DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a talented Operations Process Manager to join our team specializing in Electrified power Business Unit in Mississauga, Ontario.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Manage a team of technical writers, document experts, (project) engineers, and specialists: in the pursuit of establishing guidelines, documentation, standards, processes, procedures, and best practices.
Lead the development and improvement of work processes and systems across function(s) within a global business unit or managing improvement across business units, creating a standard.
Collaborate with team leaders and managers to identify and solve performance challenges faced by their teams.
Elaborates and implements a long-term standardization road-map for the engineering, product, and project management teams.
Manage the “documentation and support” team.
Provide recommendations to Cummins leadership for new departments, roles, software, tools, and hires.
Develop guidelines, standards, RACI, how-to templates, manuals, documentation and other forms of information storage, collection, and transmission.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:
College, university, or equivalent Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other relevant technical disciplines is required.
Prior Technical Specialist or entry level Technical/Engineering Management equivalent work experience in a product, technology or engineering service role with demonstrated success leading projects and influencing outcomes through either direct or indirect reporting relationships.
Must have a demonstrated track record of technical problem solving, quality decision making, providing technical direction and leadership to a project team(s) and conflict resolution.
