Permanent, Full Time (Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm)
3 days working from home and 2 days working from a UK Office
£23,000 – £25,000 Per Annum (D.O.E)

We are looking for a Operations Coordinator who will support the Commercial Operations Manager in the success of the department’s responsibilities by providing advance administrative support as well as support in the development of internal business processes to drive efficiencies.
Part of Acacium Group, Xyla Elective Care delivers fully managed and integrated clinical capacity solutions across a wide range of elective care and diagnostic services in acute hospitals, the community and via virtual platforms to public, private and independent clients across the UK. Our bespoke solutions can help NHS Trusts and ICSs with patient flow, diagnostics, day surgery and outpatient services. We benefit from a large dynamic organisation’s business infrastructure and experience with over 20 years of NHS partnership experience.
Everyday you will support on..
- Travel Operations – Booking hotels, train journeys in an efficient, cost-conscious manner for team members who qualify for such arrangements and passing on the relevant information to relevant colleagues/stakeholders in a timely fashion.
- Expense Operations – Supporting with legitimate expense claims as per company expense policy and submitting on a weekly basis the relevant information to the accounts team for payment.
- Payroll Operations – Integration and processing of timesheets weekly/monthly across our clinical operations, ensuring accuracy and clearing backlogs.
- Collating Data – Capture and collate the total payroll, expense, travel and accommodation spend to allow for analysis against budget on a weekly basis.

- A driven and positive can do attitude with a strong Team spirit and willingness to help others
- An ability to set key priorities and use initiative with planning and organising skills to manage your workload
- Experience in meeting clearly outlined KPI within given deadlines
- Previous instances of working on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast paced administrative environment
- A good knowledge of MS Office applications in particular Excel for carrying out data collation
