DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a talented OEM Account Manager to join our team specializing in Marketing/Sales for our Cummins Turbo Technologies
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Develops, manages, and expands business relationships with assigned accounts, for example by understanding and using their industry terminology and understanding their business model and buying process.
• Identifies current and emerging customer needs. Develops and executes account strategies to grow share with existing accounts and supports new business opportunities.
• Leads, manages and coordinates communication and interfaces with the customer at all levels. Assures good communication, coordination and alignment across sales roles, supports cross-business account development strategies, and works with key internal stakeholders to achieve results.
• Achieves revenue and share goals associated with revenue and profit targets
• Develops and executes account sales plans in support of business strategy. Develops growth or new business opportunities jointly with accounts and supports initiatives to increase customer value.
• Champions the voice of the customer within the business. Measures customer satisfaction and loyalty. Creates and/or implements projects intended to improve customer relationships, customer value, and grow the business with assigned accounts.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• Negotiations – Ensure that quarterly reviews of Customer Specific requirements and annual reviews of existing contracts is completed, Champions the use of the defined negotiation process for new contracts with global or very complexed account.
• Responsible for championing the development & maintenance of the Account Plan according to Account Planning Framework including customer scorecards, change management and ensuring the team are aligned
• Accountable for the Account Manager NPI input & support for relevant customer/projects being in place – coach and champion the team to deliver as per expectations
• Account profitability management – responsible for NPI business modeling & finance sign-off for assigned accounts as well as current product profitability; able to coach and guide others on NPI processes as well as suggest & lead initiatives to improve current product profitability
• Approves the forecast for the relevant customers in line with Synchronized Business Planning processes – is an active participant in monthly demand reviews and able to lead them if Account Exec/Director is unavailable.
• Champion and coach for less experienced Acc Managers. in the Quotation Process for new/replacement business with assigned customer; Able to suggest process improvements/enhancements as and when needed

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
