About the Role
Our client is a fast-growing, performance-driven digital creator agency working with international female and trans creators in the subscription-based content space. They are looking for a Client Success / Relationship Manager who will act as the main point of contact for creators — from the first conversation to long-term cooperation. This role is ideal for someone who excels at communication, relationship-building, and follow-ups, and who enjoys working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. You will work closely with the founder and play a key role in onboarding, closing, and retaining high-quality creators.

Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming creator leads (website, social media, messaging apps, ads)
- Communicate with creators via text, voice messages, and video calls
- Qualify, onboard, and close creators into cooperation
- Build trust-based, long-term relationships
- Guide creators through onboarding and first operational steps
- Coordinate with internal content and management teams
- Monitor cooperation quality during the first 30+ days
- Maintain a clean pipeline and basic performance reporting
- Escalate issues and communicate directly with the founder when needed
Performance Expectations
- Target onboarding volume: 12 creators per month
- Strong focus on quality and retention, not just volume
- Professional communication and fast response times
- Creators remain active, engaged, and aligned during the first 30 days
Requirements (Must-Have)
- Native or near-native Spanish
- Fluent English (C1+)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with calls, follow-ups, and onboarding
- Highly organized and reliable
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
- Comfortable working with adult content creators, including trans creators
- Experience with remote tools (Notion, Airtable, Telegram, WhatsApp)
Nice to Have
- Experience in the creator economy or subscription-based platforms
- Sales, closing, or account management background
- Understanding of paid ads or lead funnels
- CRM or Airtable experience
