LOCATION

Onsite work from our Jacksonville, FL or Atlanta, GA office is required with work from home flexibility of up to 2 days per week.

SUMMARY

Leads a team responsible for developing data integrations between Black Knight and our client’s systems. Acts as a leader to help develop processes to convert data and prepares data for conversion through data mapping, modeling, and cleaning. Leads data support team fully supporting client questions, changes, and additions to data.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyzes Multiple Listing Service (MLS) data requirements, application and processing architectures, data dictionaries, and database and XML schema(s)
Deliver accurately converted data meeting Reso UPI standards to clients
Develops and delivers innovative business solutions to our internal and external clients
Troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions
Provides test planning and test case guidance to Quality Assurance to confirm the outcomes of the requirement changes meet the expectations of the business partners and clients
Researches business strategies and provides recommendations on best practices and changes in technology
Serves as an integral participant in the data governance process and resulting design and documentation as needed for new technology
Manage MLS client relationships insuring high client satisfaction and meeting SLA’s
Manage Scheduling of Data Changes from QA/UAT to Production
Create and Manage a new Data Support Team and associated MLS client tickets and issues
Create and Manage a new Data Mapping Team and work with Technology Teams to address issues
Make adjustments where necessary for ongoing MLS Data Schema changes
Manage system migrations insuring data meets RESO UPI standards
Collaborate with Technology Teams for Data Mapping and Schema changes
Performs other related duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
Requires 15+ years of data integration or related experience
Requires 5+ years of leadership/management experience
Experience in SQL

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience working with Multiple Listing Service (MLS) Data
Knowledge of XML, Data Modeling, and Data Mapping Tools
Understand the integrity of data, including data extraction (ETL), manipulation, analysis, and reporting
Familiar with data standards/procedures and data governance
Ability to manage a team, resolve conflicts, and provide mentorship
Thorough database analysis skills
Experience managing data integration projects
Mortgage Industry experience
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal skills
