JOB FAMILY DESCRIPTION
Responsible for managing the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and provides day to day system support to users.

GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Creates, maintains, and enforces data integrity standards.
* Communicates and presents relevant information to non-technic al audiences.
* Researches and implements best practices on how to grow and improve the company’s use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
* Completes Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system configurations, create/update workflows, entities, and manage plugins.
* Works with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM support, as well as any related external vendors to resolve issues, and/or install and maintain third party software tools currently used by Black Knight.
* Ad hoc reporting as needed.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATIONAL GUIDELINES
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training and work experience.

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
* Extensive knowledge of CRM sales and customer care support systems.
* Knowledge of systems administration.
* Knowledge o f Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM workflows, configurations, integrations, customization, reporting, dashboards, and UI development highly preferred.
* Proficiency with C# and SQL a plus.
* Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office.
* Ability to successfully manage multiple projects.
* Ability to be well organized and to perform under minimal supervision.
* Ability to be successful in a fast paced environment.
* Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients and public.

JOB FAMILY LEVEL
Senior level role. Works across the enterprise as the technical expert for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system with expert knowledge of system administration and sales support processes. Provides support to other Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM in the business units. Runs repo rts and provides data for internal and external audit requests. Researches and creates solutions for system modifications and issues. Ensures system upgrades are applied without interruption to service. Typically requires six (6) or more years of experience in a sales support role with at least three (3) years of experience in systems administration.
