As the Engagement Lead, you will engage and support all aspects and efforts of association-wide member experience efforts including the recruitment experience of new members, retention and experience of existing members and process improvement to impact overall membership metrics. You will provide data, system and information updates to cross-functional teams and identify opportunities to develop and implement new strategies and process improvement.

If hired you will join a team of passionate leaders, focused on a highly satisfying customer service experience. You will be an important part of making an impact on the community you love. You will also assist the staff leadership team in reaching Annual Campaign goals through annual giving, major gifts, and/or endowment by telling the Y story and raising charitable dollars to fulfill the mission.

Qualifications:

  • Two to three years or more of proven experience in exemplary customer service, sales, process and system improvement and implementation and internal staff support, training and coaching; call center experience is preferred.
  • Preferred: exemplary customer service, sales, process and system improvement and implementation, call center experience a plus.
  • Positive attitude and previous experience with diverse populations.
  • Knowledge and skills in program activities and related equipment set-up, and the ability to instruct participants in age appropriate techniques.
  • Evenings and weekends required.
  • CPR, First Aid, AED certification required within first 90 days.
  • Able and willing to complete online Child Abuse Prevention training on first day, and other online and in-person training as required.

Starting Wage: $14.67 + per hour depending on qualifications

Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
