We are looking for a talented Materials Manager to join our team specializing in Supply Chain Planning for our Power Systems Business Unit in Fridley, MN.

 

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

 

* Manage daily operations across functions to ensure a dependable and efficient supply chain.

* You will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure material availability to the plant.

* Assess, manage and adjust supply plans to deliver improving inventory efficiency as measured in terms of inventory Turns and Inventory Dollars.

* Collaborate with the team of Functional Excellence using an Operations Excellence Framework.

 

 

 

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

* Bachelors in applicable field; MBA preferred

* Minimum 5 years in Supply Chain work experience including Planning and Scheduling using an ERP system.

* Manufacturing Industry experience to include supporting Supply Chain Global Suppliers

* Supervisory experience of managing, coaching and developing staff

 

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
