Under the supervision of the Assistant Marketing Manager, this position will be responsible for updating the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system as well as the Firm’s website, attorney resumes, and assisting with webinar events. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. This position requires in-office support and may become eligible for a hybrid-remote work schedule after an initial period of training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducts ongoing maintenance of Client Relationship Management (CRM) firm data, including adding relevant contacts, improving data quality, monitoring email metrics, and compiling data to create reports.
- Updates website content as directed, including text, images, and multimedia.
- Updates and loads experience into the Experience Database as directed.
- Serves as a Producer for live webinar events as needed, which would include providing platform training to the presenters, conducting an audio/visual check, starting and stopping the live webinar, routing questions related to topics to presenters, and handling technical questions from the audience in a chat format.
Experience and Education Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Information Systems, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field is required.
- At least (3) three years of experience in marketing or equivalent position. Experience in a professional services field is a plus.
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant software and database experience is preferred.
