Essential Responsibilities:

  • Utilize marketing tools and resources including HubSpot, Salesforce, and Canva to design, develop and implement dynamic national and regional marketing campaigns (email marketing, social media, online/print ads, and more), to maintain and optimize nurturing efforts (workflows, chatbot, contact data, personas), and to generate reports displaying analytics related to campaign performance, website trends, segmentation, and more.
  • Work cross-functionally with MIND team members to create and optimize meaningful content designed for target audiences to be used in blogs, webpages, emails, print and digital collateral, and more.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Creative Writing or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platforms (Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.)
  • Strong writing and presentation skills
  • Problem solver with a passion for learning and trying new things
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a results-driven environment
  • Previous experience working or volunteering in a nonprofit setting
  • Passion for personal growth and a great sense of humor!

This full-time position reports to the Marketing Manager and is based out of beautiful southern California (Irvine), where residents are so weather-spoiled, they complain when temperatures drop below 70 or rise above 85. For the time being, this is a work-from-home role since the office is closed due to COVID-19. But when we’re back in the office, we enjoy casual dress every day, a kitchen stocked with refreshments, occasional summer BBQs and sharing their love of yoga, games and reading with each other. Continuing education and community volunteering are part of our core values and encouraged year-round. This role may require some travel, and absolutely requires a sunny disposition! Let’s talk!
