What you will be doing
Under the direction of the Sr. Manager of Marketing Operations, the Marketing Operations Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the implementation of operational efficiency, through the maintenance and assisted promotion of centralized processes, tools and technology to enable a decentralized methodology to all major project initiatives, in support of the overall enterprise marketing strategy.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports efficiency, integration and agility across the marketing and communications team.
Assists in the creation, implementation of scalable processes for the development and execution of marketing plans through the expanded marketing team; working closely with all cross-functional areas to ensure their success.
Implement and maintain enterprise marketing and communications invoice management process and tracking.
Report and analyze departmental expenses on monthly basis to ensure budget goals and expectations are being met.
Forecast upcoming departmental expense and maintain a transparent model and process for spend tracking.
Manage training and user management of technical platforms, such as: web hosting, content management, project management and social media monitoring platforms.
Assists in ensuring scalable technology processes are implemented, through the use of coordination and administration of training, throughout the enterprise marketing team.
Creates and maintains appropriate documentation of standard operational processes and procedures.
Performs related duties as assigned.
What your background should look like (minimum qualifications)
Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, and similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor’s degree program. Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to coordinate information among multiple internal groups. The position requires strong analytical skills, detail-oriented organization, a strong problem-solving mentality and proficiency in Microsoft Office software suite.
MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, in a fast paced environment.
Ability to maintain an exceptional attention to detail in hands-on execution.
Strong team player with ability to develop effective working relationships across the organization; expanded marketing teams, IT, Finance, etc.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work easily with numbers and analytical systems, including Excel.
Ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
Knowledge of ABC policies, programs and solutions, as well as products.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Working knowledge of computers necessary to operate effectively with company systems and programs.
