Full-Time Marketing Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team here at TrovaTrip. If you are someone who is passionate about travel, confident working with content creators, enjoy engaging followers online and marketing is your superpower, we want to meet you! Our platform makes it incredibly easy for hosts to offer group trips for their audience by connecting them with tour operators from around the globe via the TrovaTrip marketplace. This role is to support our growing marketing team in daily marketing activities and content management. This role is full-time, located in Portland, OR.

Accountabilities:

  • Assist marketing team with monthly marketing campaigns and activities to achieve quarterly and annual marketing goals
  • Copywriting, image sourcing, and asset creation to support organic and paid marketing efforts including email and social media
  • Manage all social media accounts including posting and replying to comments and DM’s within social media platforms following all guidelines and brand messaging
  • Assist marketing team with collateral conception and creation as needed
  • Support all marketing events and other ad hoc projects
  • Marketing content Asset management and filing
  • Marketing admin tasks and meeting notes
  • Assist where needed with monthly reporting and data collection

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, certificate, or similar with majors in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or similar
  • High-level skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint or similar Apple or Google Drive applications
  • Availability for occasional Host or Traveler event support during non-business hours
  • Great organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment, working both independently and as part of the Trova Team
