Job Description
We are looking for a talented Market Intelligence Analyst to join our team specializing in Off Highway Construction and Agriculture Markets for our Corporate Office in Columbus, IN/ home office. (Hybrid)
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Supports the development and deployment of effective methods to monitor relevant market trends, competitive threats, and other market activity.
• Supports special projects and provides market input to further the understanding of specific aspects of the market.
• Collaborates with business teams in the development of the market intelligence required to support business decisions.
• Identifies and monitors market developments, synthesizes and communicates market trends, and identifies competitive threats.
• Contributes to the development of an unbiased, regular market understanding through the generation of data and insights.
• Actively pursues deeper knowledge of the market through internal and external sources.
• Promotes a culture of intelligence gathering, insights generation and value-added support.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• Master’s degree in marketing, sales, business administration or related subject
• 3 or more years of experience in strategy, business, marketing, or market research
• Market intelligence or business experience preferred
• Construction and Agriculture market knowledge experience a plus
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
