We are looking for a talented MANUFACTURING ENGINEER to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our New Power in Talent, OR.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Implement solutions to production issues
• Develop work and preventative maintenance instructions
• Identify and implement ergonomic improvements
REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• Strong mechanical aptitude with an advance knowledge of tools
• Understanding of facility and machine maintenance
• Problem solving skills
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Preferred knowledge of Process/Quality/Industrial engineering principals
• Bachelors Degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering required
• 4+ years relevant work experience
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
