YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK
This person will join our new CIC Health team and help support its mission of providing more accessible and frequent testing for COVID-19. Some work will be independent while other work will require collaboration with other members of the CIC Health staff. The responsibilities of this role are fluid and subject to change.

Potential responsibilities will include:
• Supporting the sales team, by ensuring they have the resources and documents they need to succeed and stepping into conversations if needed.
• Collaborating with the business development team to strategically plan and conduct segment or regionally specific sales.
• Working with the marketing team and senior leadership to support the creation of effective sales materials that generate prospect interest and increase understanding to ease the sales and implementation process.
• Working with the business development team to improve and standardize the process of assessing leads and handing off prospects to sales colleagues.
• Managing a team of seasoned sales professionals working across segments or regions.
• Sharing a vision of success, measuring performance, giving feedback through reviews and    guidance on best sales and client management practices.
• Conducting regular check-ins with the sales team as appropriate.
• Providing support, guidance and resources to RM’s when pivoting into new opportunities.
• Using fluent understanding of relevant business and healthcare sectors to fully communicate CIC Health initiative benefits to prospective CIC Health clients from all types of industries.
• Demonstrating fluency with CIC Health and our partners, testing methods, and different options for CIC Health services, including understanding up to date research and how this impacts CIC’s application of testing.

ABOUT YOU
Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in sales specific to the healthcare industry who is skilled in communication and building trust with others to support and lead a team of experienced relationship managers.  If you are an articulate, ethical leader who thinks critically, understands the nuances of effective communication, and is interested in an exciting senior sales opportunity this might be the perfect fit.

• A strong communicator. You’re a balanced and comfortable presence around all people, with a proven record of professional success, and some hard-won lessons only challenging situations or failure can teach. You communicate effectively with team members and clients alike, including under pressure. You’re comfortable reaching out proactively to ensure expectations are shared and met, and comfortable speaking in front of large groups.
• Independent. You have the ability to own and manage multiple tasks and get the details right, while being able to ask for help when faced with uncertain situations.
• Flexible and adaptable. You are invigorated by a dynamic environment, able to pivot between multiple priorities, and can rise to the challenge with a busy and ever-evolving environment to meet changing expectations. Specifically, you are comfortable with managing conversations with potential and current clients as things are changing on a weekly basis, and able to explain why new information is relevant and how it can activate new or different responses.
• Naturally drawn to a “start-up” environment where the challenges of pushing for better ways of doing things is cultural, and eager for work that requires you to be independent, strategic, and proactive.
• Creative, coming up with new ideas (for sales, cust. service, etc.) and can effectively implement ways to bring them to life.
• Detail oriented and have exemplary time management and organizational skills, while keeping the big picture in mind.
• An information sponge who is exhilarated by the challenge of mastering industry knowledge so that you can best represent CIC Health’s offerings to prospective clients and partners.

YOU HAVE
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least ten years of sales experience, with several years spent leading a team. Vision driven: Able to build a strong picture of success for the team, building trust through transparency and collaboration.
• A strong network.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with varied CRM softwares. HubSpot proficiency is a plus.
• Experience selling a complex health-care product into enterprises is a plus as well as understanding of the covid-testing sales process.
• The ability to work from your local CIC office as needed.

• Starting compensation is commensurate with experience, and the structure is straight salary.
