We are currently hiring for the position of:

MANAGER, LOYALTY & ENGAGEMENT

The Manager, Loyalty & Engagement oversees sales targets including forecasting (revenue generation), program. design (benefit, levels, pricing) and engagement experience design (stewardship, service, partnerships). The Manager oversees daily operations and administration of the TIFF Membership (supporter) program.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with the Senior Manager to ensure revenue targets are attained or surpassed
  • Oversee reporting to track sales progress and continued growth of the membership program including sales, benefits, and performance of pilot projects (i.e. Under-25 Free Pass)
  • Collaborate with team on deliverables for annual campaigns including acquisition, conversion, upgrade, and renewal
  • Run analysis of members to identify trends and identify new, potential revenue streams for acquisition i.e. upgrades, stewardship pipeline (transactor v non-transactor)
  • Oversee program transition with benefit, pricing setting, and levels to align with market trends 
  • Develop strong Member and stakeholder relationships and ensure the team is keeping stewardship top of mind
  • Oversee relevant communication and collateral (online and printed) for the market, and internal facilitation 
  • Support design of engagement for prospective and current members
  • Support front-line Membership servicing, providing guidance for escalated cases
  • Provide stewardship at general special engagement events and special initiatives as required
  • Attend cross-departmental meetings on behalf of Loyalty & Engagement
  • Direct Staff Responsibilities: Senior Coordinator, Loyalty & Engagement; Coordinator, Loyalty & Engagement

JOB GRADE & SALARY:

  • Job Grade 3
  • $60,000-$75,000 / Annually

TARGET START DATE:

  • November 21, 2022

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Membership /loyalty programmes and/or minimum 2 years experience in Fundraising or equivalent field
  • Experience building tools for team use – HR, sales tracking, and trend analysis
  • Strong understanding of basic marketing techniques and reporting in e-communications, social, and mail campaigns 
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to multi-task, prioritize as necessary, and have high attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy including conflict resolution skills
  • Accountable, ethical, demonstrates exceptional follow-through – able to respect and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Strong understanding of basic marketing techniques and reporting in e-communications, social, and mail campaigns 
  • Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and work both independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with AFP (Association of Fundraising Professionals) Donor Bill of Rights and AFP Code of Ethical Principals and Standards
  • Adaptable to a flexible work schedule including some evenings and weekends
  • This position requires being in the office on a regular basis.
