Job Description
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a talented Maintenance Leader to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Engine Business Unit in Rocky Mountains, North Carolina.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Leads and executes the preventive, predictive, and condition based maintenance of production equipment.
• Works and leads teams in the maintenance organization. Coaches line employees on basic maintenance procedures.
• Works with Facilities, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering on problem identification, trouble shooting, and equipment issue resolution and repair.
• Maintains spare parts and indirect materials inventory by using a computerized maintenance management system.
• Contributes to equipment engineering design evaluations.
• Leads preventative maintenance processes to ensure equipment is available and capable.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• Bachelor degree required, Mechanical or Electrical Engineer discipline preferred.
• 5 years maintenance experience in an industrial facility required.
• 5 years of experience in managing direct reports.
• Experience with preventative maintenance preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
