Job Description
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists in the support of Human Resources Information Systems including basic system configurations using company and application standards and established procedures. Provides support for moderately complex end user inquires and data management needs. Uses company-defined tools to track and resolve issues and document solutions; escalates as needed.
Supports system testing, documents test objectives, maintains test results documentation.
Assists with the development and maintenance of business process documentation, user instructional materials and other reference materials. Facilitates the distribution of materials through defined communication channels.
Assists with basic system configurations. Performs data mass updates.
Provides user system training assistance, maintains training documentation, may facilitate specified training modules.
Provides reporting assistance to end users.
Participates in improvement initiatives.
Supports the effective delivery of system and process optimization.
Acts as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Education, Licenses, Certifications
University, or equivalent degree in Information Technology, Business or a related subject preferred.
Experience
Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
Human Resource Information Systems Administration – Assesses and defines the design, configurations, testing, and support of Human Resources applications using defined standards to address business needs.

Test web-based training courses in the enterprise Learning Management System (LMS), document found issues, and communicate with content developers.
Troubleshoot course issues in current training by applying knowledge of browsers, players, and network configuration.
Train and support internal content developers on use of common content development platforms (e.g. Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate).
Maintain technical, accessibility, and quality requirements for learning content.
Assist in system and software testing/certification.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary commensurate with experience plus bonus.
