DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a talented Laboratory Operations Manager to join our team specializing in Testing for our Filtration Business Unit in Quimper.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Ensuring the highest levels of safety for our lab personnel and assets.
• Leading the laboratory operations team on the testing of Cummins Filtration products and ensuring efficient planning of staffing, training and development, materials, and project resources.
• Managing the planned calibration, preventive maintenance, and upkeep of laboratory equipment.
• Managing project resourcing to ensure right first time, efficient and on time project delivery to customer satisfaction levels.
• Ensuring correct procedures and documentation processes are always followed.
• Working with your team to drive continuous improvement.
• Reporting to the Global Laboratory Director and working as part of a global team on sharing best practices and updates.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• Must be fluent in English and French (written and verbal)
• Must have experience within a Laboratory Management role
• Must be holding degree level qualification
• Preferred but not essential, experience within the automotive or filtration industries
