We are currently looking for a Key Accounts Coordinator to join The Sovini Group.

As a Key Accounts Coordinator, you will be expected to:
- Co-ordinate and facilitate all customer requirements within a growing building trade supplies, key accounts office. An office-based role, you will be the main point of contact for a general and dedicated customer base, ensuring excellent customer service is up kept at all times and opportunities to generate increased sales opportunities for the business executed.
- Receiving and processing customer orders without discrepancy in a timely manner via telephone, email and face-to-face.
- Liaising with all other departments (Transport, Warehouse, etc.) within sovini trade supplies to ensure customers’ orders are efficiently processed.
- support other departments in the business in providing product knowledge and experience to enable Sovini Trade Supplies to become a national recognised business.
- As required, dealing directly with suppliers organising direct deliveries to customer’s sites and ensuring the process is of an efficient transition
- Ensuring all customer issues/complaints are dealt with swiftly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction levels are of the highest standard.
- operate the BISTRACK system without error and administer all transactions as per company guidelines
- Ensuring Sovini Trade Supplies are operating a customer focused and efficient transport and delivery service. Producing delivery reports to further improve our service and ensure we are operating at our maximum efficiency.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of all products and materials (i.e. qualities, uses, sizes, quantities, availability etc.) and to understand what items / building materials are required for both Trade & Retail Customer’s needs.

- Maintain safe and clean work environment
- meet appraisal targets and support the delivery and achievement of overall business objectives
- Taking part in all stock takes. Ensuring all stock takes are managed in accordance with procedures.
- Promoting good working practices and motivating staff ensuring personnel are working at their maximum potential, helping grow Sovini Trade Supplies and empowering staff to make a difference within the business.

To be successful in a Key Accounts Coordinator role, the skills you will need:
- Experience of working in a sales office/key accounts environment.
- Experience of dealing directly with key account customers face-to-face, via telephone and email
- Experience of working within a building supplies Industry.
- Experience of managing and co-ordinating dedicated sales accounts
- Experience in raising customer orders, purchase orders and dealing general customer enquires using a dedicated ERP system
- Experience in meeting and exceeding set KPI’s and targets.
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload to meet strict deadlines.
- Self-motivated with enthusiasm, commitment and drive and ability to work under pressure and still produce a high standard of work.
- Ability to work as a member of a fast paced team.
- Ability to be flexible, multi-skilled and willing to go the extra-mile.
- Excellent communication skills, able to communicate across multiple channels including Microsoft Teams, Face to Face and Email.

Experience or Knowledge of the below would be advantageous but not essential:
