DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a IT Product Lead for our Distribution Business Segment locate in Indianapolis IN.

Responsibilities:
• Leads relationship management between IT and business to identify and interpret voice of the customer, manage strategic requirements and priorities, maximize business value of technology investments, enable cross-functional collaboration, and drive innovation to meet business goals.

Overview:
• The Product IT Lead leads the product group and vision for how IT will strategically partner with the North American Distribution business function to meet strategic business goals.
• Owns the vision for relationship management, product delivery and operations aligned to North American Distribution business and technology goals.
• Partners closely with business, infrastructure, cyber security, risk & compliance, and other shared services to ensure successful product delivery and operations.
• Active member of the Distribution North America IT leadership team, helping to support the operations of the business.

Guiding Principles:
• Exceptional knowledge of the software development cycle and project management methodologies.
• Has an expert understanding of product development and delivery frameworks, especially Agile framework, DevOps practices and services.
• Experience with budgeting and financial reporting for multiple products / services.

• IT Supplier Relationships – Leverages a vendor management framework to manage strategic supplier relationships and supplier performance based on business need throughout the contract life using the required processes and tools to control costs, drive service excellence, mitigate risks, and gain increased value from the suppliers.
• Project Resource Management – Develops resource (expense and headcount) plans using recommended project management tools and processes to manage resources effectively

Education, Licenses, Certifications
• College, University, or equivalent degree in Information Technology, Business or a related subject required.
• This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
