We are looking for a talented IT Planning & Employee Experience Leader to join our team specializing in Systems/Information Technology for our Filtration business in Nashville, TN / your remote home office.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Setting the overall IT strategy and respective governance functions to ensure that the strategic planning and internal business operations are healthy and that our customers and employees are delighted
• Develop, evolve, and govern the execution of the IT Operating Model. Drive execution of foundational components of the model, including project intake, organizational change management, and the IT service management framework
• Establish and grow centers of excellence, manage the IT services catalog and quarterly reviews, and ensure PMs and Scrum leaders are following industry best practices
• Trigger the opportunities to continually improve through discussions like Good to Great while driving efforts to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the IT Leadership Team and IT’s wider group of managers
• Lead a team of help desk technicians and work with the other departments to promote excellent customer service, effective response times, and expert insights into general support issues. Enforces quality of service guidelines for interacting with internal and external customers, completing services, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Serve as an escalation point for help desk personnel or operations to ensure effective escalation and resolution of issues, with support from development teams and vendors as needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
• At least three (3) years of intermediate or relevant professional experience.
• College, university or equivalent degree in Information Technology, or business related subject.
• Experience collaborating with the finance team, development of annual IT budget, and ongoing tracking and forecasting and management of the overall IT Plans and budgets.
• Experience leading a help desk support team or an application support team through IT Service Management, incident resolution processes and change/release management processes
• Experience working with Agile & Waterfall projects, DevSecOps and ServiceNow is preferred

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
