Job Description
We are looking for a talented IT Manager to join our team specializing in Information Technology for our Cummins Power Systems business segment specializxing in Manufacturing and Supply Chain located in Fridly, MN. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Manages a group of intermediate level IT employees, appriximately 4.
Participate as a key member of an IT Management and Supply Chain Leadership Team in Supply Chain Responsible for financial management including AOP, budget management, and forecasting.
Responsible for People Management including work plan development, performance management, and people development.
Responsible for team building and development including organization structure, recruiting, global team management.
Compile and present Management Reports on team performance including metrics, deliverable status including communicating status to senior management.
Accountable for Six Sigma training, usage and goal attainment for the team.
Ensure team adherence to all IT processes, policies, and procedures including IT Security.
Responsible of IT Controls compliance for the team Engagement with customers in their respective function or business area.
Governance/Leadership for all program/projects executed or supported by their teams.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Primary responsibility to ensure IT solutions meet and support the need of the manufacturing plant. Ensures delivered services meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.
7-10+ years of relevant work experience, including supervisory experience including broad business knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing required
Responsible for the delivery and support of Power Systems manufacturing and supply chain
applications.
Provide technical support and direction to intermediate level IT employees responsible for providing end
user application delivery and support of Fridley plant.
ERP experience with OracleEBS Manufacturing solutions preferred.
College, university, or equivalent degree in Information Technology, Business or a related subject required.

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
