We are looking for a talented IT Applications Analyst – Senior to join our team specializing in System/Information Technology for our business segment in Minneapolis, MN.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Support or own IT projects and manufacturing applications in a Power Systems production plant
• Customer focused and able to build strong customer relationships
• Will work closely with plant business functions and stakeholders to define business requirements
• Coordinate with IT technical service providers in order to deliver solutions that meet the functional design
• Provide testing and infant care support for changes/improvements within the IT environment
• Provide troubleshooting support in order to quickly resolve IT issues affecting production operations
• Interested in identifying, learning and delivering new technologies that can deliver improvements to the business operations
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Qualifications – External
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• 5+ relevant years of experience preferred
• CMES and/or Oracle manufacturing experience is preferred
• SQL and PL/SQL skills are desired in order to support Manufacturing and Logistics databases
• PowerBI or other BI reporting skills are helpful
• Demonstrated Project Management, Business Analysis and strong communications skills
• Knowledge of manufacturing concepts, logistics processes, supply chain and Six Sigma are preferred

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
