Job Description
We are looking for a talented IT Application Analyst PLM to join our team specializing in IT for our Distribution Business in Columbus, IN or Shoreview, MN.
In this role, you will be part of a vibrant and fast paced team, make an impact in the following ways:
* Evaluate PLM Windchill solution options that meet Business requirements.
* Work with Business and technical teams to prototype solution to gain design approvals.
* Work in rapid prototype team as functional Windchill expert.
* Elicit, analyze and document functional and non-functional business requirements.
* Determine feasibility by evaluating analysis, solution development and proposed solutions; Understand business needs and know how to configure or customize the tools to manage them.
* Leverage re-usability of component designs to reduce costs and shorten time to deliver solution.
* Coordinate unit, system and integration level test plans, execution and documentation of results.
* Provide oversight of vendor resources, foster Built-In Quality and Technical Agility; Adopt new mindsets and habits in how work is delivered.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
* 3-5 years of experience required
* At least 5 years of hands on experience in configuring and/or customizing PLM Software and integration to planning/execution systems.
* Windchill PLM, Creo Integration experience is a plus
* Considerable knowledge of PLM processes and functionality in PTC Windchill or comparable PLM software.
* Broad understanding of Industry Standards and best practices and the ability to apply that knowledge in solution design.
* Sound knowledge of New Product Introduction (NPI), Change Management, Release Processes and Bill of Material Management (EBOM or MBOM or Service BOM)in PLM environment.
* Be able to facilitate working sessions with a diverse group of individuals for different project needs e.g. to gather requirements or to demonstrate software function.
* Knowledge of Cloud based Infrastructure and technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) is a plus
* Experience working in a Dev Ops and Agile practices is a plus
* College, university, or equivalent bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant related field is required.

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
