Job Description
We are looking for a talented Invoicing Analyst to join our team specializing in Finance for our Cummins Business Services in Nashville, TN
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
* Assists the accounts receivable team with basic tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts receivable transactions.
* Processes invoicing received from Cummins plants and business offices around the US.
* Answers basic vendor inquiries and reconciles vendor statements.
* Prepares analysis of accounts.
* Assists in month end closing.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
* High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
* Previous accounting experience that includes billing and invoicing
* Understanding of basic accounting principles
* Strong verbal and written communication skills; Detailed oriented, a problem solver and able to work independently
* Software skills to include MS Office and Oracle
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
