Temporary Customer Support Analyst

Job Description

Premier Talent Partners is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our client’s up-and-coming BioTech company based in San Francisco, CA. This position is temporary to start, with a high likelihood to extend and convert permanent for the perfect fit. This role is open to nationwide candidates and is 100% remote!

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
  • Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
  • Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives

Qualifications:

  • Background in health and wellness role in the support field
  • 5+ years of Customer Support experience in the health and wellness field and/or experience in pharmaceuticals/consumer packaged goods
  • Experience with speaking to health supplements, nutritional products
  • Comfortable offering more consultative nutrition advice
  • Experience using help-desk software and remote support tools
  • Understanding of how CRM systems work
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
