DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a talented Integrations and SDLC Technology Leader to join our team specializing in Systems/Information Technology for our Corporate Business Segment in Columbus, Indiana.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Lead technology practices for Integration Services and SDLC practices – Operations and Production Support, Technology strategy, architecture with implementation for platforms, and Systems Engineering foundation teams.
• Architect, assess, define and champion the IT System Integration strategies, principles, policies and standards in alignment with the IT strategy and governing the use of the platform, releases. Co-ordinate with software engineering, Business IT and project teams to create, document, assess and/or validate the application and infrastructure solution designs for specific systems.
• Manage people and budget related to the technical team. Specialized Skills Solution Design – Partners with stakeholders to conceptualize high level architecture and translates them into solution designs using Cummins processes, standards, and tools.
• Co-ordinates with Architecture, Security, Network and Operations team for alignment, compliance and approvals, laydown roadmap for solution implementation. Participate in design and code reviews to ensure quality deliverables.
• Cloud Architecture: Designs, Provisions, Models Cloud Platforms. Good Knowledge on one of the AWS/ Azure/ OCI cloud platforms. Experience in Architecting with Multi-Cloud infrastructure, communications between them and networking/security/firewalls architecture understanding. Assessing and Validating the cost and usage of cloud services, Access/role/account management for development teams and business users.
• Skills to design high availability of on-premise and Cloud infrastructure. Deep Knowledge of reference architecture of Oracle Fusion and Mulesoft Servers. Performance tuning, resource optimization and Scalability of platforms. Coordinate with development leads to forecast infrastructure needs, develop plan and strategies for expansion and decommission.
• Reference Architecture for system topologies and design. Maintain documentation and technical specifications for future planning and Infrastructure upgrades. Evaluate new tools and processes before onboarding.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• College, university, or equivalent Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant related field. SAFe® DevOps Practitioner (SDP), SAFe Agile Software Engineering, SAFe for Architects Cloud architecture certifications, and Cloud Development certifications are highly preferred.
• Must have 7 plus years of hands on experience in Integrations in oracle and middleware
• Knowledge of cloud-based platforms
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
