What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of professional experience as an analyst, customer success manager, or similar customer-focused role

  • Demonstrated SQL querying/scripting skills and familiarity with relational database and ETL concepts, particularly as applied within healthcare environments, datasets, and platforms (EHRs/PASs).

  • Experience using data to tell a story – you are able to draw out insights and recommendations based on analysis of large datasets

  • Strong decision-making skills, ability to analyze reports and interpret data, and ability to prepare information to be delivered to clients and other high level stakeholders in a professional manner.

  • Excellent communication, executive presence and interpersonal skills, as you will be advocating customer needs to multiple teams on a regular basis

  • Strong time management skills – you understand what it means to serve a diverse customer base and manage your time efficiently

  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve application problems using technical processes

What we’d love to see:

  • MS/MBA, Revenue Cycle certification or Healthcare Management/Analytics coursework preferred

  • Prior experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce

  • Prior knowledge and/or experience in healthcare revenue cycle

  • Working knowledge of patient accounting systems such as Epic, Cerner, Meditech, STAR, etc.

  • 2+ years’ experience in insurance eligibility and billing; technical and business skills required including working knowledge of EDI and ability to understand eligibility transactions (270/271).

Impact You’ll Make:

  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing both excellent customer service and technical expertise. Have “the buck stops here” attitude.

  • Develop, QA, and deliver analysis. Create ad hoc reports upon request.

  • Track product usage, recoveries, and client personnel changes.

  • Become the go-to expert on all technical components of customer engagements that involve data deliveries via automated file exchanges.

  • Professionally advise and consult on data delivery capabilities and processes during pre-sales, implementation and post production steady-state support.

  • Lead client meetings and routine value presentations.

  • Proactively and effectively manage evolving customer expectations. Lead efforts to find resolution and meet customer objectives.

  • Work with internal technical subject matter experts and team leads to troubleshoot and implement remediation as needed for customer implementation issues.

  • Work effectively with limited supervision; educate and mentor less experienced peers and display leadership as needed.
