Rippleworks Projects: Rippleworks leads short-term, high-impact projects where social ventures tackle their top operational challenges by working closely alongside leading startup executives from top Silicon Valley companies (including Airbnb, Netflix, Google).
Rippleworks Insights: Rippleworks designs and delivers expert-led learning programs designed specifically for social venture leaders. Rippleworks partners with leading industry executives to run interactive, results-driven learning programs where social venture leaders gain the critical skills they need to deliver impact at scale.
Rippleworks Investments: Rippleworks provides hard-to-find capital required for scale (grants and investments in the $1M-$3M range), and has distributed $40M+ to scaling social ventures since 2018.

The Role
Rippleworks Insights is building a future where social ventures across the globe have the capabilities and skills they need to achieve their goals and social missions. As Insights Manager, you will partner with industry-leading Experts in their fields to co-create and deliver practical learning programs to help social ventures navigate their toughest challenges to scale and improve more lives.
Responsibilities
Specifically, you will:
Deeply understand social venture needs. Collaborate with other Rippleworks team members to identify venture challenges. Translate challenges into venture or leader capabilities needed
Build relevant and practical learning programs. Design end-to-end venture and leader experience. Independently partner with Rippleworks Experts to build effective learning modules based on Experts real successes and failures. Stand up effective and interactive learning environments (virtual and physical). Think outside the box in order to achieve measurable venture and leader outcomes
Ensure long-term impact. Track and analyze program impact and surface areas for improvement. Scope and execute experiments. Research and incorporate industry best-practices and other learnings
Shape overall Insights program for scale. You will join a nascent team of two. You will have a significant opportunity to shape our future. Help define Insights values, improve internal processes, and hire new team members.
Requirements

Qualifications
6+ years of experience with demonstrated ability to create, build, and manage projects or programs that bring tangible results. This may include experiences such as product or program management, leading innovation projects, or leading strategic initiatives within a startup or a scrappy, entrepreneurial environment
Proven track record of working closely with executives, effectively holding them accountable and acting as a thought partner to them
Masters degree or equivalent work experience
Authorized to work in the USA
