Information Architect – Remote Working with occasional travel to Wales – 3 Month Initial Contract – £650 – £750 per day.
The Opportunity
Yolk Recruitment is the exclusive recruitment partner for the Centre for Digital Public Services (CDPS) and is supporting them to recruit a contracted Information Architect.
CDPS supports the public sector in Wales to design and build better public services, which meet the needs of those who use them. They are funded by the Welsh Government and are supporting them to meet the outcomes in the Digital Strategy for Wales. What the Information Architect will be doing
You will reviewing the existing informational processes across the organisation with a view to streamline and simplify them whilst maintaining stakeholder access to key information.
- Conduct a systematic review of the current information processes
- Suggest improvements to procedures, policy and toolings for effective information architecture
- Work to ensure the new process align with CDPS’s Agile ways of working
- You will work independently with the support of permanent CDPS staff
What the successful Information Architect will bring to the team
You will have experience guiding information architecture – looking at process mapping, analysis and information management.
- Experience providing information architecture solutions
- Experience of process mapping and information management
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of the Microsoft suite of applications
- Ability to work proactively and suggest new solutions
