HR Generalist
We are looking for a tenacious HR Generalist with existing experience in operational HR and looking for an opportunity in a fast paced and growing business. This role sits in our New Power business, based in Oevel, Belgium
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
* Take ownership of HR administrative tasks across the full employee life cycle from onboarding to exit, and finding ways to ensure a positive employee journey at every step.
* Offer recruitment support including; raising vacancy requests, supporting interviews, producing employment contracts, fielding questions regarding compensation and benefits, coordinating onboarding and any additional adhoc tasks.
* Act as the first point of contact for employees and external bodies for all HR related queries
* Maintaining and executing the full process flow with regards to personnel organization (managing sickness, holidays, absences, training) and ensuring compliance with internal policies and all legal conditions.
* Managing and maintaining the different software packages related to HR, such as Bodet and IFS, including updating personal data in One Source.
* Any other adhoc duties as and when required.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
* A degree is preferred, or qualified by relevant experience.
* Existing experience in an operational HR position is required.
* An adaptable and positive personality with the natural ability to influence people at all levels.
* Fluency in Flemish and English is essential.
