Full-Time Human Resources Analyst
Job Description
Do you enjoy reporting and data modeling? Are you detail-oriented and analytical? Then the Human Resources (HR) Analyst role may be the job for you. The HR Analyst is responsible for supporting a compensation and benefits strategy and structure that will attract and retain employees. You will work closely with the Senior Manager of Compensation and Benefits as well as a team responsible for compensation, benefits administration, and company payroll. You will build compensation and budget models, compliance reporting, HR dashboards, and automate HRIS reporting.

Other stuff we like:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Business/Management, or another related field (required).
- 3+ years’ experience in data modeling, MS Excel, dashboarding, data analytics.
- Strong personal integrity in working with confidential employee information.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis and modeling tools available in MS Excel, in particular the ability to ensure model integrity, build modifications and apply the models to business decisions.
- Understanding of how to apply data insights into actionable business plans.
- Experience with databases, database access, data interpretation, strategy development, process improvement, and data presentation.
- Strong quantitative analytical skills, such as the ability to handle, interpret and translate studies of numbers and data.
- Ability to present data, results, conclusions, and recommendations derived from analysis to a wide audience, internal or external, and via different channels (verbal, written reports or communications, presentations, etc.).
- Ability to run, maintain and modify the existing tools and models as well as build and develop new ones.
- MS Office and Power BI experience.
- Basic programming experience or understanding of programming logic (VBA, SQL).
More details on what you would be responsible for:
- Annual merit raises and bonus model calculations, as well as maintaining and improving model.
- Annual customized Total Compensation Statements from start to finish including providing accurate data file and extensive QA of statement data and verbiage.
- Build, maintain, and update Dashboards for all Human Resources teams: HR, Benefits, Compensation, Training & Development, Community Affairs, Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Engagement.
- Annual corporate labor budget model – updating, maintaining, improving – as well as quarterly forecasts.
- Annual compliance reporting including Affirmative Action reporting.
- HRIS system reporting as required/requested from our internal and external customers and partners.
- Employee Sabbatical model for Sabbatical tracking and import, audit, and maintain sabbatical hours in HRIS.
- Maintaining, updating, or improving parts of HRIS system (UKG Pro)
- Corporate intranet: responsible for approving changes, security access, assisting employees, and liaising with IT on requests.
