Full-Time HSE Supervisor – 21000113
Job Description
We are looking for a hands- on HSE Supervisor to oversee three small sites in the Netherlands, Belgium and Poland. In this role you will ensure that Cummins’ polices are implemented, that the relevant legal compliance is being adhered to whilst maintaining a positive H&S culture across sites. This role is based in Dordecht, Netherlands with regular travel to Rumst and Krakow.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
* Support Implementation of HSE programmes and Corporate initiatives, and to assist in the continued development and maintenance of the HSE Management System (HSEMS)
* Ensure compliance to corporate and legislative requirements
* Establish relationships, processes and tools with Site Leadership to influence employees to meet HSE goals and objectives.
* Identify and implement controls to reduce the environmental impacts and health & safety risk associated with site operations
* Support internal and external HSE audits
* Support, conduct, monitor and promote follow up actions from internal and external audits and incidents. You will ensure all actions from audits are tracked through to completion
* Monitor and report on HSE performance across the sites, ensure effective record keeping and reporting is maintained at all times.
To succeed in this role you will need;
* You must be a fully qualified Preventiemedewerker Industrie with extensive knowledge of HSE legislation
* Exceptional communication skills at all levels.
* Multi- site management experience is highly desirable.
* Dutch and English language skills are essential.
* Willingness to travel up to 20%
