Job Description
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a talented HRTM Leader. This role is based in Nashville, TN with 100% remote work available and periodic travel post pandemic.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Ensuring compliance with relevant labor contracts and other regulatory work rules, and providing cover for payroll as needed
• Responding to questions or issues brought forward by employees in a timely and detailed fashion
• Processing approved and unapproved time for payroll each week meeting required deadlines, this may require flexible working times.
• Reviewing and entering corrections submitted by managers to electronic timecards and timesheets
• Demonstrating strong leadership experience and oversight of processes performed by direct reports

REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• College, university, or equivalent to Bachelors’ Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• 2 years minimum experience with Kronos or ADP eTime timekeeping systems
• Strong experience with payroll with a demonstrated understanding of how systems interact
• Relevant work experience in Human Resource Information Systems
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
