We are looking for a talented HR Robotic Process Automation Leader to join our team specializing in Cummins Corporate – Human Resources for our HR Business Segment in Nashville, TN.

 

Your impact will happen in these and other ways:

 

• Lead the identification and advancement of automation opportunities for Human Resources globally.

• Engage with functional leaders to identify and prioritize areas where automations can potentially bring business efficiencies.

• Oversee team for tracking and execution of RPA projects following strategic priorities and abiding by governance frameworks. Keep the team up to speed on automation capabilities and evolving trends, and determine best utilization based on business goals.

• Lead requirements gathering and design conversations with HR business partners to develop and deploy automations. Act as Subject Matter Expert on best practices to develop automations utilizing UIPath Suite.

• Provide technical development leadership for advanced RPA projects.

• Lead the operational support for released HR automations. Liaison with partners in Information Technologies to manage issue resolution activities as needed.

 

Education, Licenses, Certifications

University, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required. Relevant work experience in Human Resource Information Systems preferred.

 

Experience

• Two to three years of relevant experience implementing RPA projects in one or more of the following platforms: UIPath (preferred), BluePrism, Automation Anywhere.

• Relevant experience in application and database programming (.NET, Phyton, VB Script, SQL). Strong project management experience.

• Proven Experience with advance data manipulation and transfer across a myriad interfaces and environments, including the use of API, worksheets, premise and cloud databases, data analysis tools and web-based applications.

• Hands on experience with automations involving Computer Vision, and Cognitive / AI elements preferred. UIPath Developer / Advanced Developer certification preferred • Previous experience managing agile teams and budgetary responsibilities related to projects. Strong communication skills with ability to communicate complex ideas and socialize new concepts.

• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
